Admission Application | Must be completed by the applicant in his/her native language. |
A-2 |
Resume | In the designated format, write your education history, working history, purpose of study, and your Japanese education history in your native language. |
A-3 |
Photo | The photographs must have been taken no less than three months prior to application. Applicant’s name and nationality must be written on the back of each photo. Affix one photograph to the application form. |

Certificate of Graduation or Diploma and Certificate of Transcript | Certificate of Graduation, original and copy of diploma and Certificate of Transcript from the Last Educational Institution. |

Certificates | Grade Report or Graduation Certification Report (For applications from the People's Republic of China and Vietnam) |

Certificate of Japanese Language Study | Certificate of Japanese Language Study The applicant is required to verify that he/she has studied Japanese for more than 150 hours before applying to IGL and has acquired a Japanese language skill level equivalent to N5 grade on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (or 4th grade of the old JLPT) or better. |

If you need to be temporarily absent from your school to come to Japan, submit a Certificate of Temporary Absence. (Issued within 3 months of application) |

Certificate of Employment if previously employed.

Copy of the Applicant’s Passport |
A copy of the entire passport if you already possess a passport. |

Confirmation Regarding the Protection of Personal Belongings |
Complete the designated form. |

Certificate of Training / Work |
Submit a document that clarifies the content, period of duration, financial compensation, and name of institution where the applicant received training or worked. |
A-14 |
Written explanation/consent pertaining to family members. |
Written explanation/consent pertaining to family members if applicant intends to leave spouse and/or children in their country. ・Must be filled in by a member of the applicant's family (spouse) in their native language . |
